Shipping policy

All products that are in stock are shipped within 1-2 Business Days of order being received.

Orders will be processed and stock will be allocated on a First in First Served basis.

All orders placed will be fully trackable via Australia Post, the consignment will be provided to the customer once the order has been fully processed.

Standard Shipping is a Flat Rate of $15.00 Nationwide for Small items, Bulky & Heavy Items will be quoted at the time of processing your order.

Express Shipping is a Flat Rate of $25.00 Nationwide for Small items, Bulky & Heavy Items will be quoted at the time of processing your order.

Estimated Lead Times –

Standard Shipping – Metro Areas – 3 to 4 Days – Rural Areas 6 to 7 Days

Express Shipping – Metro Areas – 1 to 3 Days – Rural Areas 3 to 4 Days

Transit Related Damage needs to be notified by email to sales@vehiclesafe.com.au within 24 hours for a claim to be made.
